State of the Union 2025

The 2024 season has come and passed. Blackhawks hockey is over, while 16 teams battle it out in the playoffs.
Thank you to all of you who’ve read this blog since December 2023 and those who joined a little later. There have been a lot of changes in such a short amount of time.
Thanks to readers like you, I was able to land a gig at On Tap Sports Net to cover the Blackhawks. It’s been incredibly fun writing about this team and interacting with you all.
Now that the season is over, I think it’s a good time to realign where I want to take this blog/newsletter/beast.

No. Not every day. If there’s news to talk about, I’ll do the usual and share a link over to On Tap Sports. I’ll also chime in and share my thoughts. Same old stuff.
While I figure out how I want to shape this thing for next season, I’ll keep you guys updated on Blackhawks news. Just not on weekends. And that will probably carry over into next season as well.
This has been very experimental. And again, thanks to those who’ve been patient. I do respond to recommendations and requests, so please, if there’s anything you want to see more or even less of, just shoot me an email/message.
